- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attachment - Combined Synopsis / Soliciation. The Period of Performance for the base year may start on June 1, 2014 to Sept 30, 2014. The government anticipates the lease vehicle to operate for approximately 3 to 4 months during the summer. Option year 1 may start on June 1, 2015, Option year 2 may start on June 2016, Option year 3 may start on June 1, 2017, Option year 4 may start on June 1, 2018.
