We are moving into a brand new office building and need new furniture. This area will conduct many visits from Senators, Governors, numerous generals and other dignitaries. Our command section space needs to match the same level of furniture as the 92 ARW (see brochure for comparison. We are looking for highly executive wood furniture, no modular furniture. The finishes and fabric for the chairs should be rich and executive looking. Included in the command section we will have a small conference room that will hold approximately 25 people. Design help is appreciated. We have an idea of how the layout could go, but are very open to design assistance. Below is our recommendation of what each office should need. Each office is designated by the office number in the separate drawings. Wing Commander (213B) L or U-shaped executive desk with cupboards/hutch above return of desk with pull out keyboard tray Wall closet Small round meeting table 4 meeting chairs (arm chair) Small loveseat (2 person) or armless chairs that can be pushed together, might be called a sectional chair 1 End table 2 club chairs Garbage can Floor coat rack Ergonomic office desk chair Desk Lamp Vice Wing Commander (213A) Executive desk (double pedestal) with pull out keyboard tray Credenza with hutch Wall closet 2 meeting chairs (arm chair) Bookcase with cupboards below (half open shelf, half cupboard) Garbage can Floor coat rack Ergonomic office desk chair Desk Lamp Wing command chief (214) L-shaped executive desk with cupboards/hutch above return of desk with pull out keyboard tray Wall closet Small round meeting table 3 meeting chairs (arm chair) 4 shelf bookcase Garbage can Floor coat rack Ergonomic office desk chair Desk Lamp Executive officer (216) Credenza with cabinets above, doesn't need to be very deep, only about 18 inches deep Wall closet Small round table 2 meeting chairs (arm chair) Desk Lamp Wing First Sergeant (212) L-shaped executive desk with cupboards/hutch above return of desk with pull out keyboard tray Wall closet Small round meeting table 3 meeting chairs (arm chair) 4 shelf bookcase Garbage can Floor coat rack Ergonomic office desk chair Desk Lamp Wing secretary, personnelist and command section waiting area (211) 2 executive (double pedestal) desks with pull out keyboard trays - 1 desk can be smaller than the other if possible. Would like possibilities of one desk being a reception desk. 3-4 drawer lateral file credenza with hutch 3 club chairs 1 end table 2 garbage cans 2 Floor coat rack Tall cabinet Conference room (215) 10 foot conference table - we have chairs and podium already, will need to match existing furniture color.
