To bereadvertised on FBO. Note: This is to procure DES license only for existing APX 7000 and 7500 mobile and portable radios to be programmed in a local Motorola service provider office using services already funded through an existing services contract with Motorola Corporate. There are no services required for this project only the license and the dongle holding the license. Work should be accomplished where there is minimal impact to operations of field going personnel and where costs to remove and reinstall radio equipment is not required. Many of the mobile radios are already installed in the Montana location and some of the portables are in use; all mobiles are installed in the AZ location and all portables are in use with no spares and; and none of the mobiles are installed in OH or are the hand held radios in use. Bidders should be able to provide DES encryption for Motorola radios only using the specified part numbers on the BOM. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is AG-7604-D-14-TBD and is issued as an invitation for quotes, unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-72. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334111 with a small business size standard of 1,000.00 employees.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Quotes MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Buy. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Section 508 Product Requirements Technical standards from 36 CFR part 1194 Subpart B have been determined to apply this acquisition. Solicitation respondents must describe how their proposed Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) deliverables meet at least those technical provisions identified as applicable in the attached Government Product/Service Accessibility Template (GPAT). Functional performance criteria from 36 CFR part 1194 Subpart C have been determined to apply this acquisition. Solicitation respondents must describe how their proposed Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) deliverables meet at least those functional performance criteria identified as applicable in the attached Government Product/Service Accessibility Template (GPAT). Information, documentation, and support requirements from 36 CFR part 1194 Subpart D have been determined to apply this acquisition. Solicitation respondents must describe how the information, documentation, and support proposed for Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) deliverables meet at least those information, documentation, and support requirements identified as applicable in the attached Government Product/Service Accessibility Template (GPAT). 3. Section 508 Evaluation Factors Responses to this solicitation will only be considered for award after it has been determined that the proposal adequately addresses the requirements for Section 508. Only proposals which contain adequate information to document their responsiveness to the Section 508 requirements (i.e. a completed GPAT or VPAT or equivalent) will be eligible for any additional merit consideration. If the deliverable proposed in response to this solicitation includes features and functions in addition to those identified as requirements, these features and functions also need to conform to relevant Section 508 technical provisions, functional performance criteria, and information, documentation and support.
