- RFP N40085-14-R-6711 RFP # N40085-14-R-6711 is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic is seeking all firms capable of performing IDIQ 3rd Party Air Monitoring Services at the Naval Support Activity (NSA) and the Philadelphia Naval Business Center (PNBC), Philadelphia, PA This procurement is for an indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for 3rd Party Air Monitoring Services. Work involves taking air samples, obtaining laboratory testing services and reporting results. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562910. This contract will have a base year with four option years. It will contain Service Contract Act Wage Determination that shall apply for the duration of the contract. The Solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium and will not be provided in a paper hard copy format or CD_ROM. The Solicitation will be available from the following site: Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps.Gov). The Request for Proposal (RFP) is due on or before 2 April 2014 at 3:00PM Eastern Time. Notification of any changes to the RFP (Amendments) shall be made only on the internet via FedBizOpps.Gov. Therefore it is the Contractor's responsibility to check the internet site daily for any posted changes to the Solicitation
