- The FAA intends to award one (1) JOB ORDER CONTRACT (JOC) for construction services including, but not limited to, minor construction, alteration and repair projects for facilities for FAA facilities within a 125-mile radius of TUCSON, ARIZONA. This contract is being limited to 8(a) contractors as recognized by the Small Business Administration (SBA). The indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity “ type contract will be awarded for a period of 5 years, for an amount not to exceed five million dollars ($5M). The pricing schedule is based on a contractor-proposed multiplier used against the RSMeans catalogue. The Agency deems the multiplier or ścoefficient ť proprietary information, and the winning coefficient will not be released to the public unless the winning contractor agrees to its release. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women- owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
