Description: CDRL A001 for Commercial Off-The -Shelf (COTS) Manuals and Associated Supplemental Data Appendix 'C' for the Environmental Stress Screening Chamber Purchase Description for the Environmental Stress Screening Chamber It is the Government's intent to solicit and award sole source and restricted to SCREENING SYSTEMS, INC, Cage: 64814, for QRS-410T Mobile Vibration and High Performance Temperature Screening System, Qty: 1 Each; NSN: 6635-01-202-6361 IAW format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a seperate solitication will not be issued. NAICS: 334519, SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 500 EMPLOYEES. Prices should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). THIS IS AN URGENT REQUIREMENT.
