Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Utah City: Price Delineated Area: City of Price Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,955 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,200 Space Type: Office and Lab (The Lab and associated storage is roughly 375 SF with is included in the Minimum and Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA)) Parking Spaces (Total): 42 Parking Spaces (Surface): 26 Parking Spaces (Secure): 16 Additional Parking Spaces: Secure area to store 4 ATVS, 4 Trailers and 1 Trailer with Backhoe. The Government will also need a place to put 2 Government provided sheds that store miscellaneous equipment. Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: The lab space must have its own exterior entrance and exit. Exhaust from the lab should have separate ductwork to the outside of the building and not ventilated through the common building duck work. The offered space and all parking must be accessible in compliance with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS) and all fire and life safety requirements. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. Expressions of interest that do not include all of the following information will be ineligible and will not be considered: 1. Building name and address and location of the available space within the building 2. Rentable square feet available, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced 3. ABOA square feet to be offered, and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully service. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. 4. Date of space availability 5. Building ownership information 6. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any)
