Description

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Contracting Office, intends to award a sole source contract. This award will be made to Boston Industrial Consulting Services, Inc. 89 Newberry St. Ste 106. Danvers, MA 01923-5224. Boston Industrial Consulting Services, Inc. will be a follow-on contract to VA797M-12-D-0002 for consulting services in the Automated Prescription Fulfillment System (APFS) throughout all phases of the system development, construction, testing, implementation and final acceptance. This action will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements type contract with a period of performance of one base year and two option periods totaling one year and nine months contract. 2. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There is no solicitation document. No Request for Proposals will be available for competitive proposals. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement no later than 14 March 2014/ 11:00am EST.
