- This is an amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ# VA263-14-Q-1763) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The statement of work is hereby replaced with the attached statement of work. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The Department of Veterans Affairs requires facility and catering services to accommodate a group of 450 or more for which the Minneapolis VA Health Care System will need to provide Volunteer Recognition Luncheon activities on Friday, June 13, 2014. Additional instructions to the offerors: 1. All quotes must be received via e-mail not later than closing date: March 04, 2013 3:00PM MT. 2. All responsible businesses may submit a quote that shall be considered. Submit inquires and quotations to: michael.lininger@va.gov 3. In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in www.SAM.gov, with completed representations and certifications.
