- 3B14 KOSHER 3B14 REGULAR The Federal Correctional Institution Oxford, Wisconsin is soliciting quotations under RFQP04101200002, for the requirements of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE, to include KOSHER items. This solicitation is FOB destination, delivery dates will be April 1st through April 18th 2014. No deliveries will be accepted after April 18th 2014. All undelivered orders will be cancelled and awarded to the next responsive and responsible bidder. FCI Oxford cannot accept deliveries after 2:00 PM CST on any day. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, County Road "G" and Elk Avenue, Grand Marsh, WI 53936. The contract is firm fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, prices being rated slightly higher than past performance. All awards at $30,000.00 or less will be processed via Government purchase card. This solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available; the FBO site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring www.fbo.gov to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The deadline for receipt of quotations is March 14, 2014 at 4:00 PM CT. Quotes received after this date will not be considered. Payment will be made using Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Pursuant to FAR 52.204-99, each offeror is required to register via the System for Award Management (SAM) at: http://www.sam.gov/. This registration shall include completing the representations and certification section. Offeror shall use NAICS code 31199 when registering. Vendors that fail to meet delivery schedules, specifications, or who do not accept the Government purchase card may be excluded indefinitely from consideration in future contracts.
