Appendix C for Work on Government Installations. Wage Determination No. 2005-2139 Revision 13 Dated 06/19/2013 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation with applicable provision and clauses. Performance Work Statement SOLICITATION F3QCCL4042A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No.F3QCCL4042A001. SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: 01- Services for all labor, materials, travel, and installation equipment for the installation of liquid nitrogen vacuum jacketed (VJ) piping in order to install a new Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) Chamber to support a new workload on raceway Y6 in East Annex of Bldg. 640 on RAFB IAW the Performance Work Statement. Delivery: ASAP* *This is an urgent requirement. The quickest method of delivery is the most preferred. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your CAGE code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 334513 (b) Employees: 500 Quotations should be emailed to: SrA Tyler Adams (tyler.adams.4@us.af.mil) - no later than 28 February 2014 at 12:00 pm EST. This requirement is sole source to the following company: ACME Cryogenics CAGE code: 0T7G3 Justification for Sole Source: A specific ESS chamber is required equipment for the test and repair of F-35 GPS units. 402 EMXG cannot receive repair capability certification on the GPS system without this piece of equipment, which is cooled using LN2. The existing 402 EMXG LN2 system was built by ACME Cryogenics and utilizes "Quality Bayonets" - ACME Cryogenics proprietary connectors. Quality Bayonets can only be purchased from ACME Cryogenics. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. See attached COMBO Doc for applicable Provisions/Clauses.
