Description

The Library of Congress has a requirement for Annual Maintenance support for the base Innovative Interfaces Inc. ERMS (Electronic Resource Management System) Production Software System. The vendor shall support discovery and access for electronic resources, provide problem and performance monitoring, supervise the trial management process, provide a means to archive and manage licenses terms of usage for licensed electronic resources. In addition, the vendor shall ensure accommodation to changes in the Library's software environment and the regular introduction of new functionality as the software is further developed by Innovative Interfaces. The Library intends to issue a sole source contract to Innovative Interfaces Inc. in Emeryville, CA, USA. Any firm that wishes to be considered for this requirement must identify its ability to meet the work described in the attached Draft Scope of Work. All expressions of interest must be received by 16:00 ET, February 26, 2014.
