- 12CJN23P00003_spec_note This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopses and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER N00164-12-C-JN23. The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division intends to modify the referenced firm-fixed-price contract to procure a quantity of 400/each, IR Laser Sight for M72 A9, P/N 52000-3, 200/each, Visible Laser (Red) Sight for M72 A9, P/N 52000-1, and M72 LAW A9 Training. The contract was awarded on an other than full and open competition basis to Nammo Talley, Inc. (Cage: 12116) of 4051 North Higley Road, Mesa AZ 85215-1210, under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(4) as implemented by FAR 6.302-4, international agreement. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15. Supplies will be required 120 days after effective date of contract. Inspection and acceptance shall occur at the origin. Delivery terms shall be F.O.B. destination. NSWC, Crane Division does not currently own or have in its possession, an approved technical data package for the required supply items. Therefore, specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described herein are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government; please do not submit a request. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government to not compete the anticipated contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. To be eligible for award, contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 (1-334-206-7828 for international calls) or via the internet at https://www.acquisition.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall also complete electronic annual representations and certifications at ORCA accessed via https://www.acquisition.gov in conjunction with required registration in the SAM database. The solicitation and all changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be provided directly to Nammo Talley, Inc. and those offerors that submitted a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.
