Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a requirement for Strategic Communication Planning Training. The Contractor shall provide one-day on-site Strategic Communications Planning Training to OSDBU leadership. The training shall be provided for 15 students at the Government site. The training shall include a specific focus on the plan-on-a-page (POP) methodology in strategic communications planning. The place of performance shall be at Office of Small & Disadvantage Utilization in Washington DC. This requirement will be 100% Small Business Set Aside with a NAICS Code of 611430. All Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAMS) to be eligible for award. Further information regarding registration can be found at www.sam.gov. The solicitation is estimated to be released on or about 26 February 2014 via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO). All documents and information regarding this opportunity shall be posted on FBO. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to obtain all documents and information via FBO and not the contracting office. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitting in writing after the release of the solicitation to Sarah.Sun@va.gov no phone calls will be accepted.
