Description

RFQ Solicitation N00421-14-T-0161 is issued an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Deval Corporation, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b), and is a Total Set-Aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The required materials are parts to be utilized on a MHU-191A MUNITIONS TRANSPORTER. Deval Corporation is the only known source, and has the proprietary rights on engineering data, design, and product documentations of their products. The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov All other information is in the attached RFQ. Interested parties may submit quotes / responses to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil by 04-Mar-2014 no later than 4:00pm EST. It is the Government's final decision to consider offers.
