Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-14-R-0104 for Loudon Park National Cemetery located at 3445 Frederick Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21228. The acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 238290, Size Standard $14 Million. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to design and install a complete lightning protection system, according to the specifications in the RFP document. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following order: 1.) Price; 2.) Technical Capability; and 3.) Past Performance. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or about February 26, 2014. Proposals are due at 2:00 P.M. on March 19, 2014.
