- DLA Troop Support intends to issue a 100% small business set-aside Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of one NSN, 6920-00-868-9847 (Target Balloon), under solicitation number SPE8E7-14-R-0004. IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 53711 8605333 REVISION NR DTD 04/10/2013 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE QAP 14153 SQAP008689847 REVISION NR DTD 10/30/2013 PART PIECE NUMBER: Contractor First Article Testing is required for this NSN. Solicitation period will be 30 days; Approximate Issue Date: March 12, 2014, Approximate Closing Date: April 11, 2014. The Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) will consist of a one-year base and four possible one-year options. The provisions in the Economic Price Adjustments (EPA) clause will provide for adjustments of option year pricing. Follow directions as outlined in the solicitation. The annual estimated demand quantity is 756 EA. Deliveries will be both customer direct and DLA direct. For customer direct deliveries TC1 orders shall be delivered in 17 days ADO, TC2 orders in 22 days ADO, and TC3 orders in 27 days ADO. For DLA direct orders delivery will be 90 days ADO without FAT and 330 days ADO with FAT. Orders will be CONUS and OCONUS on an F.O.B Origin basis with Inspection / Acceptance at Destination. An award is anticipated by the end of June 2014. NOTE: Copies of the solicitation package will not become available until the solicitation issue date; copies will be made available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
