- The Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) has a requirement for local telephone exchange services for the Tooele Army Depot, UT to include commercial subscriber lines, digital access trunks, Primary Rate Interface (PRI) trunks, transport channels and direct inward dialing (DID) numbers. The proposed award will be a firm-fixed price type contract for a base year and four one-year options. All Incumbent and Competitive Local Exchange Carriers certified by the State of Utah may submit an offer. Sources responding to this requirement must indicate in writing whether they are a large, small, disadvantaged and /or women-owned business s. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this acquisition is 4813. Release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated on or about 14 March 2014. When released the RFP can be viewed and downloaded from the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site located at https://acquisition.army.mil/. Please e-mail questions relating to this notice to the Contracting Officer. A pre-proposal meeting and site visit for this requirement is tentatively scheduled for 27 March at 09:00 AM (local time) at the Tooele Army Depot, Tooele, UT. Offerors are encouraged to attend.
