Description

Solicitation Package NEPA Report Geo Report Drawings SOW/Specs PPQ docs in Word 100% Small Business Side-aside -- The magnitude of this project is: Between $250,000 and $500,000. Construction of a new fourplex residential housing unit at the Medicine City Housing Complex located on the Whiteriver Hospital Campus, Whiterive, AZ. This project includes the updating of the attached construction documents for the fourplex unit to accommodate the changes specified in the Design Deliverables section of this document. Contractor is required to bring the design into compliance with the International Residential Code (IRC) 2012. Bid, Performance and Payment bonds are required on this project. A site visit is scheduled for 6 Mar 2014, more details to follow. Please note the attached files for drawings, plans and specifications, as well as, reports are separate file and also need to be downloaded for a complete understand of this requirement.
