- Description
- The Defense Logistics Agency DLA Contracting Services Office - Philadelphia, (DCSO-P) pursuant to FAR 52.217-8 entitled "Option to Extend Services" to extend the continuation of Help Desk Support Services at Columbus, OH under DCSO-P contract # SP4701-13-C-0018 for a four month period starting 1 March 2014. Help Desk support services Columbus includes but is not limited to providing customers with functional and reliable IT support for mainframe, mid-tier, desktop, and laptop applications; Acquisition and budget functions; Information Technology (IT) Tier II end user support; Environmental controls; Administration of the Local Area Network (LAN); Development of integrated solutions for future technology; and Enterprise Support Role to include the DLA Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) to include End user support for the DLA Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT), End user support for the DLA Network Management Operations Center (NeMO) and End user support for the DLA Enterprise Telecommunications Network (ETN). It is noted that the follow on acquisition effort will be issued shortly and will be solicited as a total 8(a) set aside.
