- This requirement is for NSN 5342-00-543-3575, Mount, Resilient, Weapon System, which is identified by Specification NR MIL-M-17508F, Revision NR F, dated 10/03/2006, Part Piece Number 6E150. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as a Partial Small Business Set-Aside. The estimated annual demand quantity for the base year and each option year is 408 each for the unrestricted portion, and 408 each for the set-aside portion. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 184 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Programs applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
