- Submission point of contact for proposals has changed from Evan Porter to Cale Barnard. Please submit your proposals to Mr. Barnard not later than the date and time listed below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. This is a request for proposal (RFP) The 309th Maintenance Support Group will establish a service contract for the annual volumetric compensation of 3, 5 Axis Mills along with unscheduled and emergency maintenance. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-72, January 1, 2014. FAR Part 12 and 13 are applicable to this acquisition. Applicable FAR Clauses and provisions applicable are contained in the SF 1449.
