Description

For solicitation FA8224-14-R-0107 Offerors please fill out the necessary portions of the solicitation to include signing all necessary documents with your proposals. Unrestricted. The Air Force plans to procure CLIN: 0001 QTY 1 Each 3 Floating seat bundle for use of the F-16 MMC environment, including: 7 instances of AdaMULTI for Solaris Native 1 instances of Ada Compiler for MIPS 1 instances of the INTEGRATE utility 1 instances of the EventAnalyzer tool Solaris hosted network floating license. No Substitutions Allowed. CLIN: 0002 QTY 1 Each Base Year Annual support P/N: @GA-MA-MMC-3PK-SOL-PRM-S. No Substitutions Allowed. Period of Performance 04/01/2014 - 03/31/2015. CLIN: 0102 QTY 1 Each Option Year I Annual support P/N: @GA-MA-MMC-3PK-SOL-PRM-S. No Substitutions Allowed. Period of Performance 04/01/2015 - 03/31/2016. CLIN: 0202 QTY 1 Each Option Year II Annual support P/N: @GA-MA-MMC-3PK-SOL-PRM-S. No Substitutions Allowed Period of Performance 04/01/2016 - 03/31/2017. CLIN: 0302 QTY 1 Each Option Year III Annual support P/N: @GA-MA-MMC-3PK-SOL-PRM-S. No Substitutions Allowed Period of Performance 04/01/2017 - 03/31/2018 CLIN: 0402 QTY 1 Each Option Year IV Annual support P/N: @GA-MA-MMC-3PK-SOL-PRM-S. No Substitutions Allowed Period of Performance 04/01/2018 - 03/31/2019. The Government does not own the data rights to the data or software code and cannot reproduce the Green Hills Software. The Green Hills Software is a proprietary product of Green Hills Software, Inc. and no other company has the data rights to sell the Green Hills Software. Contractor must be an authorized Green Hills Software, Inc.; verification will be made with the company. AUTHORITY: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), JUSTIFICATION: SUPPLIES REQUIRED ARE FROM ONLY ONE OR A LIMITED NUMBER OF RESPONSIBLE SOURCE(S) AND NO OTHER TYPE OF SUPPLIES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. THE PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION IS FOR SUPPLIES AND SERVICES FOR WHICH THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE, OR A LIMITED NUMBER OF SOURCES UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.301-1. INTERESTED PERSONS MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT OR SUBMIT PROPOSALS. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. HOWEVER, ALL PROPOSALS RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE CLOSING DATE ON THE SOLICITATION WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE GOVERNMENT. A DETEMINATION BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO COMPETE THIS PROPOSED CONTRACT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLEY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL NORMALY BE CONSIDERED SOLEY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER TO CONDUCT A COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT. SPECIFICATIONS, PLANS, OR DRAWING RELATING TO THE PROCUREMENT DESCRIBED ARE INCOMPLETE OR NOT AVAILABLE AND CANNOT BE FURNISHED BY THE GOVERNMENT. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT OWN THE DATA OR RIGHTS TO THE DATA NEEDED TO PURCHASE THIS ITEM FROM ADDITIONAL SOURCES. The solicitation will be issued on 21 February 2014.
