Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards (OASIS) Acquisition Plan Number: VA701-14-AP-0172 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contract Activity Central intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2), Only One Responsible Source Available, no other source will satisfy agency requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with: Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards (OASIS); 25 Corporate Dr. Ste 103, Burlington, MA 01803, for the purchase of a one year membership with OASIS. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
