- This is a Firm Fixed Price requirement for the purchase of Hydrogen Leak Detectors used to determine leak location in aircraft fuel tanks filled with Hydrogen. NSN: 6635-01-588-7408RN (USED FOR SOLICITATION PURPOSES ONLY); P/N: A-A-59874 Production Qty: 1 EA (to become part of the total acquired quantity); Test Inspection /Reports 1 LOT; QTY: 28 EA. Familiarization and Orientation Curriculum shall be conducted at 13 Air National Guard locations. This product must meet the requirement defined in CID A-A-59874A dated 26 JUN 2012, Amendment A-A-59874A dated 8 NOV 13, and Statement of Work dated 20 DEC 13. UL 913 Class I, Division I requirements for safety of equipment in an explosive atmosphere must be met. Certificate of Compliance showing Class I Division I Certification of the product shall be provided prior to delivery of the product. Ship To: Various Locations; FOB: ORIGIN; Inspection/Acceptance: ORIGIN; Delivery: 90 Days ARO (First Production Unit) all other units 120 Days ARO Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Technical data is available for this acquisition. All questions regarding the Request for Proposal and or technical data must be submitted in writing and addressed to Emily.Walker@robins.af.mil.
