- Experience Questionnaire Map 8 Map 7 Map 6 Map 5 Map 4 Map 3 Wage Determinations Map 2 Map 1 AG-569R-S-14-0011 Solicitation The Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest announces an opportunity for Brush Cutting services on 457 acres of the Moquah Barrens Burn Blocks A,C,D,E and Brinks Savanna on the Washburn Ranger District in Bayfield County, Wisconsin. Services are divided into eight (8) treatment areas. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, AG-569R-S-14-0011, is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 115310 and small business standard is $7.0M. Contract line items are listed in Schedule B of the solicitation document and consist of eight treatment areas with units of acres. Offeror may bid on any or all items. One or multiple contracts may be awarded. Offers will be evaluated on past experience, past performance, minimum ground disturbing activity, and price.
