Description

The Butler VA Medical Center currently leases 6,220 NUSF of space for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic, located at The Arbors, 295 North Kerrwood Drive, Suite 110, Hermitage, PA 16148-2572. The lease expires on May 31, 2014. The Government would consider alternate space if economically and conveniently advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider the location, cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate.
