Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 22), VA Long Beach Healthcare System is currently seeking businesses who are able to provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance transportation services. The contractor shall have all the certifications, licenses and permits required to provide the service that meet all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price indefinite quantity contract for one base-year with the Government's option to exercise four, one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code for this procurement is 621910. To be considered a small business under this code the SBA size standard shall not exceed $14.0 million. The solicitation will be a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The solicitation shall be available for issue on or about February 21, 2104. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information after the release of the solicitation. Responses shall be received on the date and time specified in the solicitation and must be submitted to Rebecca Gloria, Contracting Officer, as indicated within the solicitation. THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS REPLACING THE NOTICE UNDER VA262-14-Q-0284.
