Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs will be issuing Request for Quote VA101V-14-Q-0322 on or about February 21, 2014 for preventative maintenance printers/copiers at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Salt Lake City Regional Office identified in the Statement of Work of the solicitation. The solicitation closing time/date is 2:00 p.m. March 13, 2014. The procurement is set aside for small businesses using Commercial Items procedures in FAR Part 13, and the VAAR. Offerors must be eligible for award under the applicable set aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811212 with a small business size standard of $25.5 million. The subsequent award will result in a contract for twelve (12) months from date of award with four (4) one-year options to extend the contract. The solicitation shall result in a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available at FEDBIZOPS website on or about February 21, 2014. The final contract award decisions may be based on a combination of past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
