Description
On behalf of the Department of the Interior and the Office of Special Trustee, a request for quote is being issued to perform scheduled maintenance procedures in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area on a Sullair Compressor, Model# ST-510RD, Serial # 201012220047, Sullair Dryer Model# SR5-35 and a Sullair Oil/Water Separator, Model# OS-20. This Maintenance Agreement is for two (2) quarterly Minor Service Checks starting in April with the option to extend service for one (1) additional quarterly Minor Service Checks and one (1) annual Major Service Check. This maintenance agreement should include but, is not limited to; 1. Minor Service Checks starting in April: Equipment functionality checks, bearing lubrication, replacement of air and oil filters, inspection of fuel, electrical and air lines/components. 2. Major Service Check performed on an annual basis: All of the above service checks along with; drain and replace compressor lubricants, and replacement of Primary and Secondary sump elements, replacement of the two drive belts, and performing the Sullair recommended oil analysis test. 3. Provide a back-up portable air compressor during maintenance down time. All vendors must be authorized by Sullair and use authorized parts in-order to perform maintenance on the above mentioned equipment. As per Federal Acquisition Regulations 52.212-3 the selected vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), under NAICS Code 811310, at the time of award. All quotes need to reflect a firm-fixed-price, to include all taxes, insurance, and miscellaneous charges, for a base six (6) month contract and the fore-mentioned two additional option periods priced separately. All quotes must be submitted to email address: gene_parrill@ibc.doi.gov, and received no later than February 24, 2014 at 7 AM Mountain Standard Time.
