Description

This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about March 7, 2014 to rebuild the tennis-basketball courts, Project No. 528A6-13-636. The general scope of work is the remove the existing tennis/basketball courts, fencing, lighting, bleachers, and electrical panels. Install new courts, associated equipment (nets, poles, backboards, etc.), new electrical panel and breakers, fencing and poles, and lighting for courts. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses'. The NAICS code is 238990. The small business standard is $14.5 M. The cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
