- NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Stryker Corporation. ADDRESS: 5900 Optical Ct San Jose Ca. 95138-1400. All other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisitions Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N00259-14-T-0094. The closing date is March 14, 2014 @ 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-72. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The following factors are to be used to evaluate offers: 1.) Technical Capability define as the contractor's ability to have the basic knowledge of Offsite full repair or replacement service for 1188 HD Camera Head with 24mm Coupler, and understanding of the requirements necessary to provide the requested service. 2.) Delivery Schedule defined as lead time necessary to perform the service in this case POP: 17 March 2014 - 16- March 2015. 3.) Price defined as fair and reasonable. Technical Capability & Delivery, when combined, are significant evaluation factors that will be used to arrive at an award decision. Technical Capability & Delivery are considered more important than price. The Government will only consider firm fixed-price quotations. Offeror must complete and submit with the quotation FAR provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (May 2008.)
