Description
This notice is an unrestricted acquisition for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) Contract for ground tire NSN 2610-00-755-6993, in accordance CAGE Code (08SN2) and part number 417366. The contracting activity is DLA Land and Maritime. The term of the contract resulting from this solicitation will be the award effective date until Oct 13, 2014, or when the maximum value of $150,000 is met. Current estimated annual demand quantities, FOB and Inspection and Acceptance information will be listed in the RFQ. Unit of issue is each. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Note the following: The Government does not possess technical data for this NSN. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. ADQ is 42 and ADF is 13. Required delivery is 120 days. TIRE,PNEUMATIC,VEHICLE CLASS I OZONE DEPLETING CHEMICALS ARE NOT TO BE USED NOR INCORPORATED IN ANY ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED UNDER THIS CONTRACT.THIS PROHIBITION SUPERSEDES ALL SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BUT DOES NOT ALLEVIATE ANY PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS. SUBSTITUTE CHEMICALS MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL UNLESS THEY ARE AUTHORIZED BY THE SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. ** EXCEPTION: This shelf life item is Non-Extendable, Code S, with a total shelf life of sixty months. Material furnished under this contract/order shall have at least 42 months of shelf life remaining at time of delivery. ** "Restricted to Manufacturers Cage Code and Part Number.
