- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Maine City: Lewiston Delineated Area: Central Business District Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,215 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,325 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· Space shall be contiguous on one floor •· Agency prefers space on the 2 nd floor or higher, but will consider 1 st floor space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in a 100-year flood plain. Expressions of Interest should include the following: •1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. •2) CAD drawing of space offered. •3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet. •4) Rentable Square Feet Offered. •5) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet. •6) Number and location of parking spaces available on the premises. •7) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
