- Description
- This Proposed project will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The award will cover a base year and four option years. Services to be performed will consist of environmental operations and provides for environmental conservation, environmental compliance, pollution prevention, and environmental operations and maintenance support activities necessary to support Beale Air Force and Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) environmental mission requirements. Activities include but are not limited to: Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Compliance Assessment and Management Program (ESOHCAMP), air quality, cultural resources, hazardous material management, hazardous waste management, natural resources, pollution prevention, long-term operations and maintenance, long-term monitoring, pesticide management, Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) management, solid waste management, storage tank management, Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs), asbestos, radon, Lead-Based Paint (LBP) and other lead-containing materials, waste water and storm water annual permitting, drinking water surveillance, ordnance removal and disposal, range operations and maintenance, demolition, system optimization (in accordance with AFCEC guidance), precision leak testing, Environmental Baseline Surveys (EBSs), Environmental Impact Analysis Process (EIAP), air traffic and airspace analysis, and noise management. Examples of specific services include tasks such as operating, maintaining, and optimizing pollution control or remedial system equipment; characterizing waste streams; performing environmental monitoring, sampling, and analysis; operating a hazardous waste accumulation site; and updating existing environmental plans. Contractor personnel shall possess appropriate certifications and training to accomplish the required services, as specified.
