PRELEASE FIRE SAFETY PRELEASE SECURITY PLAN ADA ABAAS CHECKLIST COST ESTIMATE WORKSHEET FORM 1364 LESSOR OFFER ADP REQUIREMENTS DELINEATED AREA MAP AGENCY REQUIREMENTS ADP REQUIREMENTS 3518 3517 3516A Lease Form Simplified Realty Lease Proposal The USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service (Government), currently occupies office space 200 Burt Boulevard, Benton, LA, 71006. The Government will be accepting proposals for space from parties interested leasing up to 2310 rentable sq. ft. to yield 2,200 square feet of general purpose space. To be considered, the space must be within Bossier Parish LA within the specified delineated area. All utilities, janitorial services, lawn care, maintenance services, tenant alterations and parking are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. In addition the space must meet the requirements of the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard and shall not be located in a 100 year flood plain. The lease term will be 5 years, with a 5 year renewal option and includes 120-day termination rights. The Government will consider moving costs, alterations, etc when deciding whether relocation or renewal best fits or needs. Interested parties should submit information concerning their properties to USDA, NRCS NCSU BLG 23, RHONDA LAFLEUR, 501 W. FELIX, FORT WORTH, TEXAS no later than March 15, 2014 at 1:00 PM CST.
