Description
This Award Notice replaces the previous notice for contract HQ0034-14-C-0017 and incorporates the correct solicitiation number HQ0034-14-R-0021. *************************************************************************** Contract HQ0034-14-C-0017 is for shuttle bus services to/from the Mark Center and Franconia-Springfield Metro Rail station with 15 minute intervals between arrival and departure times. This acquisition was a sole source direct award to the Small Business Administration (SBA) pursuant to Section 8 (a) of the Small Business Act, as amended (15 U.S.C. 637(a)), in accordance with Federal Acquisition \ Regulation Subpart "19.8 - Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program)," and the current Partnership Agreement between SBA and the Department of Defense. The vendor is present on DOD's Defense Transportation Management Office's (DTMO) list of approved transportation providers. This contract's performance period is anticipated to be for a Base Period (12 months) and includes four Option Periods (12 months).
