Description

RFP HSFE50-14-R-0003 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplementated with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Soliciatation HSFE50-14-R-0003 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
