- THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY WITH ADAMS & ASSOCIATES INC./GRAFTON JOB CORPS CENTER AND NOT THE US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. Scope of Work Bldg. 18 HVAC 　　 Install Hand-Off-Automatic (HOA) switches for each heating unit in a convenient location. 　　 Interlock the rooftop exhaust fan with the heating units such that when the supply fans operate the rooftop exhaust fan is to operate. 　　 　Provide damper controls and interlock outside air dampers such that when the supply fans operate the dampers open to the minimum position. 　　 Provide thermostat controls that maintain space temperature above 68°F and below 75°F. 　　 Provide a CO2 sensor that will modulate the outside air dampers as needed to maintain CO2 levels of 900 PPM. 　　 The CO2 sensor and thermostat shall be installed in a place and height convenient for the proper operation of the system　 A Pre-bid meeting will be held on March 10th at 9am.
