Description

VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, CA intends to enter into a sole source award with Sencorp White for hardware and maintenance support for Omnicell Carousel. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, and FAR 6.302-4 Acquisition of Commercial Item, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38. NAICS Code is 333249. The Request for Quotation is VA-262-14-Q-0341. The solicitation shall be available on or about 2/14/ 2014 through 2/19/2014. This procurement is to provide Greater Los Angeles VAHCS Pharmacy Department hardware and maintenance support of the Omnicell Carousel. The Carousel dispenses medication for the Veterans. This includes unlimited phone support, unlimited repairs, parts and labor and emergency calls. Period of performance shall be from 3/3/2014 9/30/ 2014.
