- PR NO: 0050846605 - RFP: SPE4A6-14-R-1309 - NSN: 6220-01-3098385 - LIGHT UNIT, EMERGENCY - Grimes Aerospace Co. (72914) 10-1326-1 and Lockheed Martin Corp. (03640) P/N 106A154-1 This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. Required quantity is 74. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. The contractor shall comply with the Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLAA. Delivery requirement is 234 days. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The approved sources are Grimes Aerospace Co. (72914) P/N 10-1326-1 and Lockheed Martin Corp. (03640) P/N 106A154-1. Effective December 12, 2012, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, prospective suppliers are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, except for the exceptions cited at FAR 4.1102(a). Annual updates to your registration will be required. Prospective contractors can complete electronic annual representations and certifications at https://www.acquisition.gov. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
