Description

This acquisition is to provide engineering and technical support services to the F-15 Tactical Electronic Warfare Systems (TEWS) depot repair program in support of the AN/ALR-56C Radar Warning Receiver (RWR). The contractor shall provide analysis, problem investigation, problem resolution, and testing concerning the testing strategies and methods on the AN/ALR-56 depot test stations. The period of performance for this effort will be 12 months. The proposed CLIN structure is as follows: Basic Period - 12 MO Engineering Services, 1 LO Travel/Per Diem, 1 LO Data Requirements. The solicitation will be issued sole source to British Aerospace Enterprises Systems (BAE) Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc., 100 Campus Road, Ste 1, Totowa, NJ 07512-1213, (Cage 81413) due to system expertise which only resides with the OEM, BAE. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Sources and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be available on or about March 3, 2014 at FedBizOpps located at http://www.fbo.gov.
