Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center Bedford, MA, is seeking a contractor to provide project planning services as part of its Compensated Work Therapy / Veteran Construction Team program. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity solicitation with an anticipated period of performance beginning March 5th, 2014 through March 4th, 2015 with four (4) one (1) year options at the discretion of the VA Medical Center. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5 Million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors include: price, technical capabilities including facility inspection, and past performance. The solicitation is a SDVOSB set-aside. The solicitation package will be made available on or about 02/14/2014. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of the issue at the following website: www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to the website. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
