- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program, is seeking capability statements from organizations (NAICS 561440) with experience using the Health Insurance Match Program established under New York State Workers' Compensation Law to obtain reimbursement from a workers' compensation insurance carrier for medical and pharmacy claims paid by the WTCHP for responders and survivors of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. It is also important for the capability statements to include what specific claims data elements and other information (such as medical records or summaries of services provided) the WTC Health Program would need to provide in order to meet the requirements of the Health Insurance Match Program. This is NOT a solicitation announcement and no costs shall be reimbursed for submittal of requested information. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of potential, qualified sources and their size classification relative to the appropriate NAICS code. Small Businesses are encouraged to submit statements of capabilities. Information Requested: Sources having the ability to provide the services described above shall provide clear and comprehensive information supporting their experience to include relative past performance. Questions regarding this sources sought announcement shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer, Brance L. McCune, Jr., at bmccune@cdc.gov. Please provide all statements of capability and relevent requested information no later than 4PM EST, Wednesday, March 12, 2014 to the Contracting Officer.
