Description

In accordance with FAR 8.405-6 this is a Notice of Intent for Limiting Sources, not a Request for Quote. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotes will not be requested. See attached for Limited Source Justification and Authority. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) intends to negotiate and award on a noncompetitive basis to Omnicell Inc., for annual maintenance of Omnicell units at this facility. To date our market research indicates Omnicell is the only company able to provide this service. This will be a task order under FSS contract. If a firm believes it can meet the requirements of this notice, it may request a copy of the Request for Quote from Bailey Long at 501-257-1026 or via email at Bailey.Long@va.gov. The proposal must be completed and returned to Bailey Long, Contract Specialist, by 14 February, 2014 by 11:00AM local time. Proposal can be submitted via email (preferred) to Bailey Long or via mail to Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, VA Medical Center, Attn: Bailey Long 90C/NLR, 2200 Ft. Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114-1709.
