- The purpose of this notice amendment is to notify industry, due to inclement weather and the government shutdown in the Washington, DC metro area, proposals will be accepted as long as the proposal shipping label is date stamped by the United states Postal Service, UPS or FEDEX on or before February 18, 2014. Proposals date stamped on February 19th or after that date, will not be accepted. For security reasons, proposals cannot be hand delivered. Respectfully, KERRI B. The Contractor shall provide, in accordance with issued Task Orders (TOs), all management, supervision, labor, and materials necessary to perform Mission Support Services on an IDIQ basis.
