Description

This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. A formal solicitation will be issued on or about 13 Feb 2014. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem VAMC, 1970 Roanoke Blvd, Salem, Virginia currently has the need for bulk liquid oxygen delivery, telemetry, and cryo-vessel rental. Hospital estimated annual bulk oxygen usage at 47,676 gallons/yr. Two cryo-vessels are required, a primary and backup. Proposed solicitation number is VA246-14-Q-0411. A written request for quote will be published to fbo.gov, and the estimated close date is 2/25/2014. This contract is expected to be a base plus four option years, and the anticipated award date is 3/7/2014. This requirement is set-aside 100% for SDVOSB. NAICS 325199, Size Standard: 1,000 employees.
