Description

This notice is for the purpose of seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business and Small Business contractor to provide Document Records Restoration Services. The Department of Veterans Affairs VAWNY Healthcare System has a requirement for document reclamation/restoration services. The Contractor is limited to restoration of any media type of VA of WNY Healthcare System records. Currently 15 cubic feet boxes of paper records need to be restored. The Contractor shall perform restoration of records of any media type that are damaged by fire, flood, mold, natural disaster or damaged during storage or shipment by freeze drying or any other form of restoring records. The records to be restored are located at the Buffalo VAMC, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, New York 14215, and will be picked up and taken offsite for restoration. The performance period shall be for this single requirement. The procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 15. The NAICS code is 561410, and the size standard is $14 million. The solicitation package can be viewed or downloaded, at no charge, from the link http://www.FBO.gov when published. Response to this announcement shall determine if sufficient competition exists to set aside procurement for Service Disabled Veteran Operated Small Business, Small Veteran Owned Business, or Small Business.
