Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Chillicothe VAMC (VISN 10), is issuing a solicitation for the Lease of Flame Retardant Uniforms (with forward rate agreement) to support the Chillicothe VA Medical Center (and outlying areas). The contractor(s) shall provide all necessary uniforms, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, management, care and maintenance required to provide lease of uniforms for the Chillicothe VA Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, OH 45601. A forward rate agreement is proposed to support other VA facilities within 200 miles of Chillicothe campus (VISN 10 only) This solicitation is an unrestricted acquisition with NAICS Code 812332 and a size standard of $35.5 million. Only offerors from those firms regularly established in business of providing this type of service will be considered. Award is anticipated to be a based on accepting the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable submitted proposal. This solicitation will be advertised and available for bidding on the Federal Business Opportunities website o/a February 13, 2014. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any and all posted amendments. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing.
