Description

The Fargo VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding sole-source procurement to Biocompatibles Inc., of Oxford CT, for radiology beads, as indicated within the contract documents. NAICS code #339112, applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this announcement must be received no later than 20 February 2014.
